Duncan Phillips is the Founder of dp leisure and has a lifetime of experience and
knowledge in the leisure and tourism industry. His past involvement in concept ideas, building, creating, running
and overseeing such grand ideas as Eco Park and the ‘Gulliver's' family theme park group, is what makes his
experiences invaluable to any business. Being an involved family man means that he understands that family fun and
interaction is necessary for the development and learning in children. Duncan also heads dp
associates, a strategic leisure planning consultancy.
Adam Skinner is an Associate with extensive background knowledge in the catering and
hospitality industry. He originally trained as a chef and also had involvement in the running of leisure concepts.
Adam is the key cog in the management of the company's Health and Safety. His hard working ‘can-do' attitude means
that at all levels his involvement creates great team building and loyal staff. Adams wide ranging experience in all
aspects of leisure qualifys him admirably for his current role of running and developing the centre and the
management team he leads.
